Our factory. Your line.

US based leading fashion jewelry & accessories manufacturer

A US-based team with its own factory in Dongguan. We cast, set, polish and pack under one roof — no trading layer between your brief and the bench.

Most suppliers sit between you and a factory. We are the factory.

Every quote from a trading company carries a markup for work they never see. Ours doesn’t. You are talking to the bench, the CAD desk and the QC table directly.

That means fewer surprises: one spec, one price, one schedule. And when something can’t be done, you hear it from us first — not after the samples land.

Why brands move their line to us

Most brands don’t switch factories over price. They switch because the last one stopped telling them the truth.

01 You talk to the people who make it
No account manager relaying messages. Your brief goes to the production manager, the CAD lead and the setter who will actually run it. Questions come back the same day.
Sampling [X] days MOQ [X] units
02 Sampling without the round trip
We prototype in-house, photograph every revision and send the sample with the QC sheet attached. You approve once, not four times.
03 Factory pricing, quoted to the spec
The quote is built from metal weight, stone count, plating and labour — not from a price list. Change the spec and the number moves with it.
04 Quality checked where it is made
Every batch is checked at the bench before it is packed: plating, stone security, clasp tension, dimensions and finish. Failures are reworked, not shipped.
05 Rush? Yes. At a real cost
We will quote an expedited line, and we will tell you what it does to the schedule and the price. No silent promises.
06 Built for the US market
Packaging, labelling and compliance documents prepared for [market] retail. Sizes and finishes specced for the customers you actually sell to.

Three ways to work with the factory

Every brand works differently. Pick the one that fits, or mix them across a collection.

From [X] units · [X] weeks

Ask us anything about how a piece is made. It is the one subject we never have to check with someone else.

Inside the factory

Two floors of casting, one of setting, one of finishing and packing. The people who quote your job are the same people who walk the floor every morning — which is why the answer you get on Monday is still true on Friday.

From brief to carton

We quote from the spec, not a price list. Here is what happens between your brief and the carton.

01

Brief & quote

Send references, quantities and target cost. We come back with a spec and a price.

02

Design & CAD

Drawings, 3D renders and a wax or resin print for approval before anything is cast.

03

Sample

One sample, photographed and measured against the brief. Revisions until it is right.

04

Production

Casting, setting, polishing and plating on our own lines, on the quoted schedule.

05

QC & packing

Piece-by-piece inspection, then packing to your label and carton spec.

06

Ship

Express or sea freight, with the documents your customs broker will ask for.

Questions we get before the first order

If yours isn’t here, ask it. You will get an answer from the person who runs the bench, not a template.

See all questions
01 What is your minimum order?
Stock designs start at [X] units per style; custom work starts at [X]. We quote both so you can compare like for like.
02 Can you work from my drawing or reference sample?
Yes. Sketches, photographs, a competitor’s piece — we will work from any of them, and tell you what has to change to make it producible.
03 How long does sampling take?
Typically [X] working days after CAD approval, depending on stones and plating.
04 Who owns the design?
You do. We do not reproduce your design for anyone else, and we will sign an NDA before the first call.
05 Which materials do you work in?
Brass, copper and stainless steel, with gold, rhodium and enamel finishes. Stones and pearls sourced to your spec.
06 How is quality checked?
In-line at each bench and again before packing: plating, stone security, clasps, dimensions and finish.
07 Do you ship to my warehouse?
Yes — to your address or your forwarder, with the commercial invoice and packing list prepared the way your broker needs them.

Talk to a person, not a portal.

Tell us what you are making. We will tell you whether we can make it, what it costs and how long it takes. If we can’t, we will say so.
