We hope you love your Ajatine jewelry, but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Jewelry must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- Earrings, body jewelry, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Exchange Policy
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, contact us at info@ajatine.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- We’ll cover shipping for the exchange if the issue was on our end (wrong item, defect, etc.).
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
How to Start a Return
- Email info@ajatine.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Warranty Coverage
At Ajatine, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our jewelry.
Warranty Period
We offer a 90-day limited warranty from the date of delivery for manufacturing defects.
What’s Covered:
- Broken clasps or closures
- Faulty chains
- Excessive tarnishing (within normal wear conditions)
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
What’s Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear
- Scratches, dents, or discoloration due to improper care
- Lost or stolen items
- Damage caused by perfumes, water, lotions, or cleaning agents
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
Please email info@ajatine.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- Description of the problem
If approved, we’ll repair or replace the item at no charge, or offer store credit when repair isn’t possible.
